What’s New

Learn what's new on the M.V.A.S. website

We’ve made a host of changes to the M.V.A.S. website, from improved navigation, a better mobile version, improved forums and updated design. Read more on some of the main new features below.

New Membership System

We’ve enabled a feature to join M.V.A.S. or renew online. Head to the Joining page where you can fill out your details, select your subscription and additional fees, and pay online.

For those who prefer to do it the original way, you can still download the joining form to fill out, print and send off. Download it from the Joining page.

New Forums

We’ve updated our forum with a new system, layout and features. As it’s an entirely new feature, members of the old forum will need to re-register, make sure you select ‘Yes’ when asked if you’re an M.V.A.S. member, and fill in your membership number to enable access to the members-only boards.

New Photos Page

We’ve updated our photos page and added the option to upload photos of your catches directly from the website. Go to the Photos page and click ‘Submit a Photo’ to upload a file. We have a 2mb limit to photo uploads, so make sure they’re resized and saved in .JPG format.

New ‘Waters’ Page

We’ve updated the ‘Waters’ section, including a ‘Venue Map‘ so members can easily locate where M.V.A.S. waters are, as well as locations of Car Parks. Use the pop out menu in the top left to filter views of river stretches, lake locations and car parks.

New Newsletter

You can now sign up to our newsletter to receive monthly news and important announcements. Head to the ‘Sign up’ box at the bottom of any page and enter your e-mail.

Club News

You can still keep up to date with Club news on the News page, and can now add comments on each post.

We’re always looking to make the website better. If you have any feedback or want to report an error or bug with the website, use the form to send an e-mail.
