Bio: Born, Sheerness, Kent. Lived Gibraltar and Singapore during teens. Engineering background, last 25 years as safety advisor. Now retired, but continue part time. Wife, two kids, 5 grandchildren. Sing, play guitar and keyboards in 3 bands.Worldwide fishing experience, preferring carp and tench in summer, pike and barbel in winter. Specimens so far- 27lb pike, 37lb carp, 2lb 14oz roach, 9lb barbel, 8lb 6oz tench, 5lb mullet. Hooked and lost an estimated 80lb tarpon, just holding on is a feat in itself! Member of MV commitee.
